Gran Hotel Suances

The hotel is great location near fine beaches like Playa De Los Locos and Playa de La Concha. Rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff were cute. Food was tasty, and we enjoyed relaxing after exploring the area.

One downside was the noise during breakfast, as the dining area could get quite crowded.

Everything was perfectly fine, the staff where attentive and the location was peaceful. All in all we loved large and spotless room with drinks and milk. Lovely dishes served at the a la carte restaurant.

The rooms are clean, I suppose, but certainly lacking in storage space-very disorganized! I guess I should've brought my own furniture, right? The breakfast was abysmal. Stale bread and warm juices. One would expect a welcome drink or something for the price. Never would have dreamed it could be this disappointing.

It was perfect place for a couple of nights.

The view from the rooms is pretty fine, great for some excellent photo ops if you're into that sort of thing. The proximity to the beach and marina makes it convenient for a quick dip or a leisurely stroll along the coast.

Air conditioning control is a real mixed bag-guests found it either non-functional or blasting cold air when it wasn't wanted. Noise levels can spike, especially with several tours checking in and out, leading to disturbances from neighboring rooms and in the hallways. The noise during dinner time is another issue, as the crowded arrangements can turn the dining experience into a bit of a bear pit. The buffet food has received its fair share of criticism for being repetitively uninspired and not worth the price, leaving many feeling unfulfilled after meals. Plus, there are no modern amenities like a minibar or reliable Wi-Fi in rooms, which puts a damper on any getaway.

The staff was very helpful providing assistance. The location down the hill was best possible. And we were not far from the gorgeous beach, a special desert with champagne to raise the glass to say goodbye and the main bars and restaurants are...

Enjoyed the beautiful nearby beach and took a stroll into town. Our room was comfy and perfect. Breakfast was solid, with a decent range of options. The hotel is well-located. Totally recommend it for a group getaway.

One evening, we faced a delay in dining service which was a bit frustrating. The restaurant didn't open on time, which affected our plans.

The location is perfect for beach lovers, being just a short walk to several beautiful beaches like Playa De Los Locos and Playa de La Concha. The rooms were spacious and exceptionally clean, making it a great choice for a family getaway. What stood out was the hotel's commitment to catering to dietary needs. my child, who is vegan, had plenty to eat. The staff were attentive, ensuring everyone in our family had a pleasant dining experience during our 10-night stay.

Great views from the room were fine. cleaning staff missed replenishing towels.

Polite staff upgraded our room, but facilities like the pool were unavailable.

Had a wonderful time enjoying the spacious room which was super clean and tidied daily. We made the most of the lovely beach access and took advantage of the relaxing outdoor area, soaking up some sun. Just a heads up, the corridors can feel a bit noisy at times, but it didn't bother us too much. 😊

Room had a lekker view over the beach, perfect for a sunset pic! The staff were super friendly. Location was great, just a quick walk to the beach-couldn't get enough of that!
